We are Lori & John We have been married for 9 years, are in our 40's and want to adopt a baby. In the past 6 years, we have tried to have a baby. After having been through a variety of fertility treatments and 2 early miscarriages, we have decided that adoption is the answer to our prayers of having a family. We worked with an adoption agency for 2 years and in that time we experienced a failed adoption when the birth mother decided to parent. We were devastated by her decision. After grieving our loss, we began to look for additional ways to make our adoption dreams come true. Our web page is one way in which we hope to build our family.
